Why Plastic Pallet instead of Wooden Pallet?

Advantage

Durability	1.   Safety: During the transportation, plastic pallet won't be splintered, so the goods could be kept safely, and handlers won't be hurt. 2.   Economical Cost: Plastic Pallet is durable, so Life Span is long. It saves purchase cost.
Flexibility	1.   Transportation time       could be reduced because no       fumigation needed
Environmental Protection	1.   Since the life span is long, so it can be used again and again. 2.   It can protect tress free from being cut and save the forest. 3.   Another important issue is insect disease. Insects could hide in the crack of woods which may cause disease. Therefore, it needs fumigation. However, fumigation may cause delivery delay, goods damage, and environment problem

 *Reach the right target customer

--In market, people usually buy wood pallet or injection plastic pallet. People who buy wood pallet because it is cheap. However, because of environmental issue and custom policy (ex: fumigation), those users will have to change to use plastic pallet one day. As for plastic pallet user, many users prefer buying cheap but bad dynamic/static loading capability which may be one-time used only. However, there are still some groups who need to buy strong loading capability pallet to ensure their products safety. The difference from injection pallet with blow molding pallet is that based on the same loading capability, the blow molding one could be lighter and can save more freight cost.Therefore, the people who are using strong loading capability but made by injection method pallets are the target we are looking for.

--Environmental Issue: it can save more trees if not using wood pallet but using plastic

--Based on quarantine rule, wood pallets need to be fumigated to get avoid of importing disease; it will delay the delivery time; however, there is no fumigation needed for plastic pallet.
--Plastic Pallet is easy for recycling. When it cant be used anymore, users can return it and get the recycling fee
--Plastic Pallet is lighter than wood pallet so it saves freight cost
--Wood pallet practicability will be different based on different temperature and moisture
--There will be splinters and chipping if using wood pallet. If using plastic pallet, then it can be easy to
   maintain the clearance

Introduction

Nowadays, environmental problem is an important issue in the world. How to save more trees and how to get avoid of the disease by carried insects and worms are more concerned in this century. There are more and more regulations to wooden pallet. However, plastic pallet is recyclable and free-from fumigation; thus, the transition from traditional wooden pallet to plastic pallet is expectable.

We use blow molding method to manufacturer plastic pallet with patent which makes cost and durability better than the one made by injection method.

 Acrushin Enterprise Co., Ltd was established in 1986. Our mother business is Titanium material distribution and we are the authorized distributor for Japan Daido Steel Co., Ltd. It is mainly sold to makers in Taiwan market.
From 2010, we set up a new business unit for international market. We offer plastic pallet with HDPE material made by blow molding method. At this moment, we provide three specs; In 2011, there will be more models on board.
